A Foursun 51V 100Ah LiFePO4 battery arrived at 0% state of charge. The battery is broken.

We tried to return the battery to Foursun aliexpress.com/store/1105528275 but they refused. They only send us €114 as compensation but we paid €525.

Their explanation why they dont take back the battery and refund the money: “Your refund is approved but due to limited proof, we can only offer a partial refund. Please read the email we’ve sent for more details.”

This video that we have send to Foursun proofs that there is nothing wrong with our testing methods.
The battery does not take a charge and the charger did not wake up the battery.

We have contacted Foursun 4 times. I tried everything to explain the situation. But their response was the same over and over. They needed more details. But what else could we have done?
